I sit here after a long night at work...defragmenting files, and wondering why is it when I reach my desktop, it takes awhile for my desktop to load all the icons. It takes about a minute before I see them and get connected to the internet. I even went into this:
All the normal start ups are there, and there is nothing there that I don't recognize, so I am not sure what the deal is to be honest.
I know some basics about computers, but for it take some time for the icons to load on my desktop, has me a bit puzzled.
Oh well, I will wait for this lengthy defragmenting to finish and see if that helps any. If not, then I am clueless until I can ask one of my fiancee's friends to check it out.
